President

Marilynn Oliver, with 20+ years in strategic business development, excels in GSA and assisted acquisition center pursuits. Her impactful influence on FEDSIM's acquisition process includes successful collaboration with former FEDSIM Directors, resulting in billions of FEDSIM TO wins. As the visionary behind a FEDSIM COE, she propelled the FEDSIM portfolio from Start-up to billions in revenue. Marilynn's global upbringing and versatile skill set make her an invaluable Win Strategist, GSA/FEDSIM SME, enterprise solutions architect, and Orals Coach.

With 30+ years in Federal Contracting, Dave is a seasoned BD strategist, Capture Manager, and Program Manager. His many years supporting the DoD and Federal Civilian Agencies, focusing on initiatives like the Pacific Deterrence Initiative and JADC2, showcase his results in driving opportunities of MDO and ISR strategies. In his experience at large and small SIs, he led Strategic Capture for multi-billion dollar opportunities in ISR/MDO, Communications Systems, Enterprise IT, and Casualty Evacuation, highlighting his proven success across diverse domains. Dave’s versatile background make him a sought-after capture strategist, acquisition SME, and technology influencer.

David Balser, PMP

Operations Manager

Emi, with 6+ years of support and leadership experience, is a proven self-starter and focuses on the result. Using her natural abilities to connect with people, she worked with special needs children as an administrator, scheduler, needs coordinator, and behavioral technician, supporting a company leadership. She expanded her roles into other businesses, capitalizing on her negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with a disparate set of people. She excels at planning and directing activities requiring attention to detail and across many conflicting priorities. She continues her journey using her natural skillsets in data analytics and operations, making her a valued contributor to the Honu vision in our support of National Security missions.
